The roof had a leak that was not repaired, and the water continued to enter and saturate the roofing structure and ceilings until the ceilings collapsed under the weight of the water.

We tarped the roof to minimize secondary damage to the home’s interior rooms and cleaned up and removed the debris when we arrived. We extracted the water from the room and set up drying equipment. Once the room was completely dry, we repaired the roof and ceiling drywall and repainted it. Now you would never know there had been water damage!
