A sink was left with the faucet slightly on overnight, causing sever damage to garage.

Sometimes its the little things that can cause the most and biggest damage.  They are often things you would least expect too.  For example, leaving a faucet not completely turned off, a toilet over flowing, a pipe bursting, something on the stove gets extremely burnt, water containers crack, or a water heater leaking or exploding.  

Many of these cases are out of our control and are inevitable and can happen to anyone.  It is important that you know what to do in these cases to prevent further damage.
