The home owners came home to soggy carpet and bathroom floor. Toilet water line was clogged and caused the toilet to run all day while the owners were not at home. Flood effected the bathroom, a hallway, and a room. The storm forced water through the damaged roof into the ceiling of this Hauula home. Our SERVPRO WRT water damage restoration technicians arrived promptly, demolished and cleaned up the non-salvageable items, and set up air movers and dehumidifiers to thoroughly dry out the water-soaked wood. The broken water line flooded the upper-level bedroom in this Laie home. Pictured is the pooling water on the steps. Our SERVPRO ASD applied structural drying technicians quickly suctioned up this water to preserve the steps, risers, and supporting stringers. We salvaged the assembly along with the connecting walls, saving our client money and inconvenience. He was very grateful.
